Step 1: To register following a invitation letter, you need to register here. Online Registration
Only qualified teams can register. Please wait until your team league qualifies as the Online Registration will only be made available to teams approved. There is a registration code necessary which we will send to the team leaders of the qualifying teams.
The registration process is separate for the qualified team, the team leader and team members. When registering a team, you need to include the information for a "point of contact" for the team. The person serving as point of contact should be registered AFTER the registration is complete for the team. In addition to registering your team, all team leaders and team members need to register as a Faculty member, Staff member or Student participant.
REGISTRATIONS ARE ONLY COMPLETE WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. ALL FEES ARE IN US DOLLARS - CURRENCY (USD). Please have your credit card ready at the time of registration. No registration is considered complete until full payment is received.
Remember to verify the Country VISA requirements to enter Canada
The necessary documents including the Invitation letter for the VISA application will be sent to the participants at the earliest convenience after the registration is COMPLETE. If you have questions, please send an email to email@example.com
